Dr. Young-Ho (Glenn) Shin is an Assistant Professor in Industrial & Engineering Technology at Southeastern Louisiana University. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and significant industry experience in LED technology and MEMS processing, he brings a unique blend of academic expertise and practical engineering knowledge to his role. His research spans from environmental monitoring to biomedical applications, developing innovative solutions for real-world challenges. His work combines theoretical research with practical applications, resulting in multiple awards and publications in prestigious journals. Currently, he leads projects in biometric scanning technology, wildlife monitoring systems, and optical sensing platforms, demonstrating his commitment to advancing technology across diverse fields.
