In honor of Women’s Appreciation Month, we pay tribute to the many female composers who have written for wind bands. The composers you hear are just a handful who have touched the souls of many and continue to do so. We offer this concert in recognition of females everywhere. Composer Marie Douglas will be in residence with us, as we perform the consortium premiere of her work, #playalisticstagemusik.
