Into Becoming A Role Model
Zachary Hanlin has always liked working with kids. In the middle of leading a history game during one summer as a camp counselor, he was suddenly struck with the knowledge that he wanted to do that for the rest of his life. With middle school being such a tough time for many youngsters, he decided that was the grade level for him—so he could be a supportive role model when they need it most.
Already helping kids feel comfortable and excited in the classroom everyday by completing a teaching residency, he is determined to one day help as many children as possible as an educational administrator.
