Friends of Sims Library Membership Tea 2023

Local author Seth Pevey will be the featured speaker for the annual Friends of Sims Library Marjorie Morrison Memorial Members' Tea on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 2:00 pm in Sims Memorial Library, Southeastern Louisiana University. The doors will open at 1:45 pm.
Seth Pevey writes gritty, compelling mystery and thriller fiction with a southern noir flair—deep settings, flawed characters, and compelling situations with morally gray solutions. A native Louisianian, he resides in Hammond with his wife, a professional calligrapher. You can learn more about Seth and his novels at www.sethpevey.com. We plan to have a selection of his books available for purchase at the event, and a book signing will follow the Tea.
Guests will enjoy a variety of teas and a selection of delicious sandwiches and pastries. Our popular bottomless mimosas will be available for $10.00.
