To solve other problems with access, use the following troubleshooting checklist:

  1. Try a different browser. (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
  2. Check the settings in your Internet browser
  3. Turn off the browser’s popup blocker.
  4. Update your browser to the current version. See the Browser FAQs for more information.
  5. Turn off your internet/web accelerator.
  6. Electronic resources often require that you have software installed to read or print PDFs.
  7. Close or disable apps and/or programs that may be interfering with access.
