To solve other problems with access, use the following troubleshooting checklist:
- Try a different browser. (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
- Check the settings in your Internet browser
- Turn off the browser’s popup blocker.
- Update your browser to the current version. See the Browser FAQs for more information.
- Turn off your internet/web accelerator.
- Electronic resources often require that you have software installed to read or print PDFs.
- Close or disable apps and/or programs that may be interfering with access.
