Places to Study

Sims Library offers different study and work environments. We have collaborative spaces, study carrels for graduate students and faculty, as well as quiet zone areas available.

Group Study Rooms

Sims Library has 10 group study rooms on the fourth floor for collaborative study, class work, and research.

Open/Collaborative Areas

Open and collaborative areas allow you to study in groups or individually without a reservation. These areas are on all floors of the library.

         

Study Carrels

Study carrels on the 3rd and 4th floors are available by request to support the study and research of currently enrolled graduate students and full-time faculty.

Quiet Zone

The Library has a designated zone for quiet study only located past the book stacks in the northwest corner of the 4th floor.
