Engineering and Chemistry Dual Degree Program

Concentration
This is a 5-year (2.5 years at Southeastern and 2.5 years at LSU) program. Students earn two degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Southeastern and a bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from LSU. Students will gain advanced theoretical knowledge underlying their engineering discipline and advanced practical skills applying their chemistry knowledge. The degree program produces students who are well prepared for a career in chemistry or chemical engineering or for graduate study in chemistry or chemical engineering.
