Concentration
The Master’s in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing offers focused training for students looking to develop their craft in fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, and other literary forms. This concentration emphasizes imaginative expression, literary technique, and critical engagement with texts, preparing students for careers in writing, publishing, media, and the arts. Part of a flexible graduate program, the Creative Writing concentration allows students to hone their voice while gaining professional experience and mentorship. Graduates go on to succeed in fields such as publishing, teaching, communications, and the literary arts.
