Population Health Management

Certificate

The undergraduate Certificate in Population Health Management was developed to provide adult learners with job skills and knowledge that are in demand in today’s workforce. The program is industry-based and employer-driven and was created to help fill the gaps in the current workforce talent pipeline. Certificate holders will be able to demonstrate needed labor skills supporting a growing health care industry. The Certificate in Population Health Management prepares adults to enhance skills to improve health within and across populations. Potential employment includes mid-level work settings, hospitals, health care clinics, consulting companies, government health services, insurance providers, community facilities, and not-forprofit as well as managed care organizations.
