HAMMOND POLICE UNION PRESENTS SCHOLARSHIP DONATION -- Representatives of Hammond Police Officers Union Local 345 present a check to the Southeastern Louisiana University Development Foundation’s Lynn Horgan and Diane Camelo for the union’s annual scholarship for Tangipahoa Parish students majoring in criminal justice.
