Promoting Chefs Evening

Andre Coudrain of Hammond, left, and Southeastern Louisiana University President John L. Crain display the poster promoting this year's Chefs Evening to be held Sunday, March 23, from 5:30 – 8 p.m. at the university's newly constructed Student Union Grand Ballroom. The law firm of Cashe, Coudrain and Sandage, along with Louisiana Rep. John M. Schroder, are serving as sponsors of the President's Choice Wines, a selection of special wines selected by Crain to be served at the fundraising event.
