Collaboration Techniques

Strong leaders possess superior interpersonal skill and are able to work well with other people.  They are able to listen, communicate, establish trust, ask questions, and develop a sense of teamwork.

At EvolveU, participants will learn what it means to be a communicator and a listener, how to effectively negotiate within a group in order for the group to arrive at a consensus, understanding and identifying priorities when yours differ from the teams, and how to assign roles within a group that will result in the group’s goals being met.
