Communication Skills

Great leaders motivate, encourage and inspire.  They also train people, share new ideas and negotiate.  All of these activities require excellent communication skills.

EvolveU will include discussions that will address topics such recognizing that good communicators are made, not born, and communication skills are developed and honed through practice,  how to effectively listen so that you catch details that others may miss, maintaining clarity in your communication, and preserving the impact of direct communication between individuals by ‘disconnecting’ when appropriate.
