Southeastern’s Chefs Evening 2013

1) Southeastern Louisiana University President John L. Crain makes a toast to attendees
at the President's Toast event held prior to the university's Chefs Evening fundraiser
on Sunday (March 3). The event included a tasting of selected hors d'oeuvres and wine
pairings selected by the chefs of Covey Rise Lodge of Husser. The President's Toast
was sponsored by La Capital Credit Union.
2) Seen from the running track in the Southeastern Pennington Student Activity Center,
guestss line up for tastings at the university's Chefs Evening on Sunday (March 3).
The event offered food and beverages from nearly 40 area restaurants and vendors as
well as silent and live auctions of donated gifts and packages.
3) Pastry chef and owner Anthony Delpedio of Cocoa Bean in Hammond prepares Bananas Foster
for guests attending Southeastern's Chefs Evening on Sunday.
