Southeastern Spring Commencements scheduled May 11

HAMMOND – Southeastern Louisiana University’s Spring Commencements are scheduled
Saturday, May 11, in the University Center.
The 10 a.m. ceremony will host undergraduate and graduate students from the Colleges
of Business and Nursing and Health Sciences. The 3 p.m. ceremony will host undergraduate
and graduate students from the Colleges of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Education,
and Science and Technology. Both ceremonies will last approximately one and a half
hours with Lion Traxx shuttles in use before and after each ceremony.
Guests attending the ceremonies should note that the University Center has a
clear bag policy and standard security measures will be in place prior to guests entering
the facility. A list of prohibited items, which includes all food and drink, can be
accessed on the commencement website at southeastern.edu/commencement.
Southeastern’s Registrar’s Office has added a sign-up feature to the commencement
website for guests to receive the latest updates straight to their email. Further
