Livingston Hall



Centrally located on Southeastern's campus, Livingston Hall is a coed Honors hall featuring private rooms. In order to live in Livingston Hall, students must be a Freshman with a minimum 23 ACT score or have earned 30 credit hours with a 3.2 cumulative GPA. As an Honors Hall, Livingston Hall is also a 24-hour Quiet Hall with strict noise regulations. Its four floors house approximately 190 students.

 

Each room in Livingston Hall contains the following items:

  • A twin size bed
  • Desk
  • Chair
  • Closet
  • Chest of drawers
  • High-speed Internet connection (Ethernet)
  • Basic cable
  • Individual climate controls

 

Each resident in Livingston Hall shares a bathroom with one other resident. The bathroom features a tub/shower, sink, and mirror.
