Industrial and engineering technology instructor Samantha Taylor (’18, ’19) knows that every successful engineer starts with a solid foundation. Teaching intro-level engineering and design courses at Southeastern, her alma mater, she’s dedicated to helping students discover their passions and build essential skills.

In her classroom, students don’t just learn—they do. Taylor is known for her real-world approach to teaching, where students work on projects that mimic industry challenges, preparing them to step into their future careers with confidence. She fosters a supportive environment where every student is encouraged to explore, question, and grow, ensuring they leave Southeastern not only job-ready but world-ready.
