Users may print from the Library’s public computers to nearby printers. The public computers are connected to the Southeastern print release system. Only jobs initiated by currently-enrolled Southeastern students are self-serve; all other printing requires staff assistance.
Notice: The copyright law of the United States (Title 17 U.S. Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. The person using this equipment is liable for any infringement.
Due to copyright laws, staff will not scan or photocopy copyrighted materials for users.
Machines are provided and maintained by Southeastern’s Auxiliary Services. They are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the library and charge four cents per copy. Machines take copy cards only. Color copying is not available in the Library.
In order to print, currently-enrolled students are required to log into the computers with their W number and Southeastern password. After initiating a print job, the job must be released to the printer.
Students may need to update their password in order to log in to Library computers. Passwords can be changed here.

Faculty and staff visiting the Library are encouraged to save information to a USB drive or send it to themselves via e-mail. Very limited faculty and staff printing is available from the computers in the Reference Room. To print a few pages, request assistance from library staff. Faculty and staff who need to do extensive printing in the Library should follow the instructions below for Guest/Alumni Printing.
Printing is available for $.10/page. Print cards may be purchased from the Circulation Desk on the 1st floor.After registering for a guest computer user account, guests and Alumni may use the public computers in the Reference Room. Guests should log into the computer using the credentials supplied to them during the registration process. After initiating print jobs, users must request assistance from library staff to release print jobs.
Printing is not currently available from personal laptops.
Students who are charged but do not receive their prints may request a print refund by selecting Report Lost Prints from this page.
