Professor
Dr. Minh Q. Huynh is an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems at Southeastern Louisiana University. He teaches Digital Marketing, Web Design, and Introduction to MIS, with research interests in open-source software development, web database implementation, web applications, online learning technologies, and IT adoption for small businesses.
His publications appear in leading outlets such as the Journal of Information Technology Education: Innovations in Practice (JITE:IIP), Communications of the ACM, Journal of AIS, Communications of AIS, European Journal of IS, Journal of Electronic Commerce in Organizations, Journal of Information Systems Education, and Business Studies Journal. He also serves as Editor for both JITE: Innovations in Practice and JITE: Research.
Recent contributions include “Use Cases of Digital Badges at a University from an Action Research Perspective” (European Journal of Education and Pedagogy, 2024) and “Can a Generative AI Chatbot Learn Moral Reasoning?” presented at the Southwestern Business Administration Teaching Conference (2025).
