Lisette Manuel, Ed.D.

Dr. Lisette Manuel is an assistant professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations. Her research focuses on how teacher mindset and self-efficacy shape inclusive practices and how leadership preparation programs can better equip future school leaders to create equitable learning spaces that support and value diverse learners. She brings over 25 years of experience as a teacher and school administrator and is an active presenter and leader with the Mid-South Educational Research Association.
