Amy Baptist is an Associate Professor of Library Science and serves as the Head of Cataloging at Sims Memorial Library. She holds an undergraduate degree in English from Millsaps College, as well as a Master of Arts in English and a Master of Library and Information Science from Louisiana State University. She serves as library liaison to the Visual Arts and Theatre departments. She also previously served as a Cataloging Librarian at Sims and at the Historic New Orleans Collection.
