The Tinsley Learning Center offers a variety of academic resources including Tutoring and Peer Assisted Study Sessions.
Tutoring Sessions are designed for problem based courses such as math, chemistry, physics, and accounting.
Peer Assisted Study Session or PASS are designed for lecture based classes such as biology, history, and social sciences. If you need to improve your study techniques, then a PASS is definitely what you need. Students are encouraged to bring their course material to a session. During a PASS, students are actively engaged in creating study materials.
