Brief Bio:

Carl Phillips has taught Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Principles of Management. His predominant interests are in the human resources area, and he particularly enjoys teaching Human Resource Management (471) and the capstone Human Resource seminar (476). He has authored or coauthored over 30 journal publications and over 30 conference presentations. He has served as the faculty advisor to SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) since it was initially chartered at Southeastern in 2001. The chapter has won the Outstanding Student Chapter award 4 times in its history, and has won numerous Superior Merit awards.
