Twelve Oaks Hall

Opened in Fall 2018, Twelve Oaks Hall gives priority assignments to our returning students who lived on campus during the previous semester.  Rooms are assigned based on the date of application/payment. 

Features include:

• Wireless card readers for enhanced security, providing secure building and individual room entry
• Community corner lounges for socializing and quiet study rooms
• Technology enhanced living/learning community space capable of seating up to 40
• 10 washers and 10 dryers (only accepts Lion’s Lagniappe)
• Snack machines (accepts cash and Lion’s Lagniappe)
• Coke machines (accepts cash, Lion’s Lagniappe, credit and debit cards)
• Individually climate controlled rooms

• High-speed wireless internet

Roommates share the following:

• Bathroom with shower, sink, and mirror
• MicroFridge (Microwave/Refrigerator Combo)
  • 4.8 cu ft feet refrigerator with freezer
  • .7 cu ft microwave with USB charger
  • Included in all rooms
