Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations

The Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations offers master’s and doctoral level programs for current and aspiring educational leaders. Principals must be good managers, knowledgeable and effective instructional leaders, facilitators and team builders. The mission of Southeastern’s Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations in the College of Education is to define and support research-based educational practices that prepare visionary leaders with the knowledge and experience to promote highly effective schools.
