Internships

Internships provide students with work experience for an assignment approved by the department. Students in an approved internship who complete the internship successfully earn three semester hours for 300 hours of approved work experience. All grades are assigned on a Pass/Fail basis.

Internship Requirements

• 2.5 Overall GPA
• 6 semester hours in concentration area (MGMT 391); Senior standing (GB 480)
• permission of the Department Head
• Other requirements also apply, contact for more info

Internship Courses

• Management Internship (Mgmt 391): 3 Credits 
• Business Administration Internship (GB 480): 3 Credits

• St. Tammany Hospital
• Fairway Medical Center
• Home Depot
• Walgreens
• Walmart Distribution Center
• Neill Corporation
• North Oaks Health Systems
