Dr. Ashley Wicker is an associate professor of educational leadership specializing in higher education leadership and administration. Her research focuses on creating significant learning experiences for graduate students and identifying strategies to support their development, particularly in building research self-efficacy and navigating both professional and scholarly identities. Before joining the faculty, she held leadership roles in enrollment management and admissions, student success, and faculty development, including serving as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions.
