Department of English and World LanguagesDr. Charlotte Hoover teaches Freshman Composition in the Department of English and World Languages. She holds an Ed.D. from East Tennessee State University and has previously taught Freshman Composition as well as courses in Social Work, Leadership, and Developmental English.
