Connie Budden is an Instructor of Management at Southeastern Louisiana University, where she has taught for 25 years. She holds both a B.S. in Management and an MBA from Auburn University at Montgomery. Ms. Budden has received multiple best paper awards and has published more than a dozen journal articles, many focusing on student success, the impact of COVID on learning, and university mental health issues.
Her favorite courses include International Business and Organizational Behavior/Leadership, and she taught Study Abroad programs to Costa Rica for over a decade. With extensive experience in marketing research and consulting, she and her husband established and managed mystery-shopping programs for Citizens National Bank and regional malls.
Passionate about student development, Ms. Budden combines academic expertise with real-world business experience to enrich her classroom teaching.
