Dayne Sherman

Dayne Sherman is a Professor of Library Science and Head of Reference at Sims Memorial Library. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Arts in English with a concentration in creative writing from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Louisiana State University. His publications include articles, columns, book reviews, interviews, and short stories, as well as radio programs, podcasts, interviews, music shows produced, and debates. He is the recipient of the Southeastern President's Award for Excellence in Artistic Activity (2005) and President's Award for Faculty Service (2019).
