Dr. Eduardo Servin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics. His research specializes in applied and computational mathematics, with a focus on splitting and adaptive methods for solving nonlinear partial differential equations. He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Baylor University. Dr. Servin has published his work in a couple of journals, including the International Journal of Computer Mathematics and Applied Mathematics Letters. His current research involves developing new numerical methods for approximating solutions to the Kawarada equation..
