Ms. Erin Rode-Fiorello is an Instructor of Career Planning and Advisor of General Studies at Southeastern. In her role, she is passionate about helping students successfully navigate the transition from college into the world of work. She teaches essential career readiness skills, including résumé and cover letter writing, job interviewing, and professional networking.

A lifelong member of the Southeastern community, Ms. Rode-Fiorello earned both her Bachelor of General Studies and Master of Education in Counselor Education from Southeastern Louisiana University. Her deep connection to the university fuels her commitment to serving its students and ensuring they are well-prepared for life beyond the classroom.
