About:
I am a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, the Fracture Control Board Chair for the Crew Module of NASA’s Artemis Program, and am your friendly neighborhood Swiss Army Nerd. I finished my doctorate and two masters from Tulane, one baccalaureate from UNO, and three baccalaureates from SLU. I was born and raised here in Tangipahoa Parish.

Teaching:
I have taught in a traditional classroom, in industrial settings, and in prison. Having taught Calculus and Statistics, I have recently focused on Finite Mathematics. I believe the best way to teach a student is to build on what they know in a practical setting for them. So, I talk to them, then I listen to them, then I talk some more.

Area of Expertise

My interests include Algebraic Topology, Physics, Evolutionary Biology, Friction Stir Welding, Manufacture of Composites, and the Design of Pressure Vessels.
