Jenny Davis is an Instructor of English Composition and British Literature. With a Bachelor's Degree in English Education & Creative Writing from Florida State University and a Master's Degree in English from Southeastern, this overachiever is currently writing a thesis for a second Master's Degree in History. She has given guest lectures on medieval British history, volunteered as a cast member for the Louisiana Renaissance Festival, and published her art in When Stars Meet People: Teaching and Writing Poetry in Conversation.
