Dr. Jordan Burkes holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Louisiana State University, an MBA and M.S. in Finance from Auburn University, and a B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University. Her professional experience spans marketing content creation, event coordination, and sports management. While at Auburn, she served as Program Coordinator for The Center for Ethical Organizational Cultures and as President of the Student Center for Public Trust. She also managed marketing and communications for a youth gymnastics program, where she coached and directed summer camp operations.

Dr. Burkes’s research has been presented at the Society of Marketing Advances Conference and the Southeast Marketing Symposium. In recognition of her leadership and mentorship, she received the 2024 Daryl McKee Memorial Ph.D. Award for excellence in collegiality, mentoring, and program stewardship. Her teaching experience includes courses such as Consumer Analysis and Behavior, Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, and Professional Sales.
