Department of Sociology and Criminal JusticeKenneth Bolton Jr. is an Associate Professor and Department Head in the Department of Sociology & Criminal Justice. He earned a PhD in Sociology from the University of Florida in 1998. His research interests center around analysing diversity and equality in policing historically; specifically his expertise is in race and ethnic group relations and intersectionality. Dr. Bolton teaches courses in both sociology and criminal justice with a specific teaching focus in criminological theory, sociological theory, and race and ethnic group relations.
