Dr. Kuhn is an Associate Professor of Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics. Her research focuses on the modeling and control of systems represented by partial differential equations. Dr. Kuhn holds a Ph.D. in Computational Analysis and Modeling and an M.S. in Mathematics from Louisiana Tech University.
Teaching Focus:
Dr. Kuhn teaches across all areas of computational and applied mathematics, including scientific programming, numerical methods, calculus, pre-calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra.
Dr. Kuhn specializes in computational mathematics, numerical analysis, partial differential equations, and control theory. She is also interested in applying data science techniques to address mathematical challenges.
