Marcia Oursler

Ms. Marcia Oursler is an Instructor of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment in the Department of Industrial and Engineering Technology. She holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health from East Tennessee State University. Prior to teaching full time at Southeastern Louisiana University, she worked for Louisiana's OSHA Consultation Program as an OSHA Safety Consultant. As an OSHA Safety Consultant, she provided assistance to employers regarding OSHA General Industry, Construction, Maritime, and Agriculture regulations.
