Marie Bernard, M.Ed.

Marie Bernard is a certified teacher with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction – Reading Specialist. She has spent over twenty years inside the classroom and as a school administrator. During her employment at Southeastern, she has worked in the Athletics Department as a Learning Specialist for the student athletes and recently worked in the Center for Student Excellence as an SE 101/102 Instructor and Academic Advisor. As the Director of the Tinsley Learning Center, Marie now brings her love and passion for education to the students of Southeastern Louisiana University.
