LibraryDonis Marie Lambert is a Reference Librarian, Instructor, and the Federal Depository Library Program Coordinator at Linus A. Sims Memorial Library. She is a native to Tangipahoa Parish and a Southeastern alumna. She earned her Master of Library and Information Science at Louisiana State University in 2022, specializing in Academic Librarianship. She also holds an undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. Lambert’s lifelong love of reading and position as a student worker in Sims Library during her undergraduate years greatly influenced her career path. She teaches LS 1020: Introduction to Information Research each term, meets with faculty and students for research consultations, and holds bibliographic instruction sections. Lambert’s research focuses on human information behavior, specifically information sharing habits.
