Dr. Matthew McNulty is the Interim Chief Information Security Officer and IT Security Administrator at Southeastern, and holds a Ph.D. in Cyber Operations from Dakota State University. He continues to teach in the Computer Science department at both the undergraduate and graduate levels as an adjunct faculty member. His research interests include all things Cybersecurity, with a heavier emphasis on education for the general public, blue team activities, and policy.
