"There is a curious paradox that no one can explain. Who understands the secret of the reaping of the grain? Who understands why Spring is born out of Winter's laboring pain? Or why we all must die a bit before we grow again." -El Gallo, The Fantasticks

Area of Expertise

Paige is a provisionally licensed counselor (PLPC) at Southeastern Louisiana University with deep roots in the Southeastern community. Her journey in higher education began in 2016 when she joined the university’s Office of Admissions, where she supported students in various roles through 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Southeastern in 2020 and went on to receive her Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2023 from Southeastern as well.

Paige is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and gained valuable clinical experience in a private practice setting following graduate school. She takes a psychodynamic approach to counseling and incorporates somatic techniques and Brainspotting to support clients in exploring the connection between their mind, body, and past experiences.

Paige is passionate about helping students feel heard, valued, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges, and she is honored to give back to the university that played such a meaningful role in her own journey.
