Dr. Rusty Juban is a Professor of Management at Southeastern Louisiana University, where he teaches Organizational Behavior and Principles of Management at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. His research has been published in numerous journals and conference proceedings, focusing on teaching innovation and human resources. A 2024 Meauxmentum Scholar and the current Robert Maurin Endowed Chair in Business, Dr. Juban has also provided consulting and training for nonprofit, corporate, and government organizations. He is passionate about creating engaging, practical learning experiences that connect theory to real-world application and advance global learning through study abroad.
