Samantha Anders, M.S. LPC, NCC

Samantha Anders, M.S. LPC, NCC is an instructor in the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies (2016) and a Master of Science in Family, Couples, and Marriage Counseling (2020), both from Southeastern Louisiana University.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Samantha's work and research focus on parenting, family/individual stress and coping, lifespan development, and family dynamics. She is trained in EMDR and incorporates play therapy techniques into her practice. Samantha is passionate about teaching and finds great fulfillment in connecting her real-world clinical experience with her classroom instruction.
