Theresa Patti

Theresa Patti is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Communication and Media Studies. She teaches courses such as Intro to Public Speaking and Survey of Sports Communication. With an M.A. in Strategic Communication from Southeastern, her expertise is shaped by a unique blend of experiences in communication, education, and athletic administration. Her nine years of advising college athletes have provided deep insight into the challenges and opportunities in sports communication, while her background in early childhood education has honed her ability to connect with and mentor individuals at all stages of their educational journey.

Other than her teaching duties, Theresa is the Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Support Services at Southeastern. She is passionate about mentoring undergraduate students and guiding student athletes as they navigate the transition to college athletics. In her spare time, Theresa loves to travel and spend time outdoors.
