Thomas Cooper, M.A., Ph.D.

Tom Cooper is the author of the novels Florida Man (Random House) and The Marauders (Broadway Books/Crown Publishing). His short stories have appeared in dozens of magazines and journals, including the Mid-American Review, Gulf Coast, Boulevard, and Oxford American. He holds a PhD in English and Creative Writing from Florida State University. His novels have been published in several foreign countries and have been optioned for television and film, and he serves as an executive producer for the movie adaptation for Florida Man, now in development. He has been an educator for more than twenty years and makes his home in New Orleans.
