Zoe Spanswick is an academic advisor in the Office for First-Year Success. She earned her M.A. in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University and her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Addictive Behaviors from Nicholls State University. She brings clinical experience as a former Mental Health Technician and Psychometrist, alongside research focused on trauma, anxiety, and student well-being. Her research interests include generational trauma, anxiety, spirituality, and social media's impact on mental health, with her master's thesis focusing on "Generational Trauma Induced Anxiety in the BTBR T1tf/J Mouse Strain."
