The Serials Department is located on the second floor of the Linus A. Sims Memorial Library. The Department is responsible for the acquisition, processing, circulation, and preservation of all popular magazines, professional journals, newspapers, and newsletters held by the Library. Recent issues of most titles are arranged alphabetically on shelving in the Current Reading Room (Sims 226). Backfiles of journals and newspapers on microfilm are arranged numerically in cabinets adjacent to the recent paper issues. Bound volumes of back issues are arranged by Library of Congress (LC) Classification Number on the third floor of the Library.
Please note: The Serials Department closes 15 minutes before the rest of the library.

You can use the Publication Finder to search for a newspaper by title.
We have also created a webpage collecting links for major newspapers. These are not library subscriptions. These titles may be behind a paywall or not fully accessible.
