Educational Diagnostician

Focus Area

Become a key player in the assessment and intervention process for students with special needs with our M.Ed. in Special Education program, specializing in educational diagnostician. You’ll become fully equipped with the skills to conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret assessment data, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. Gain expertise in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, advocating for appropriate services, and ensuring educational equity for all students.

  • Satisfactorily complete and present a capstone action research project.
  • Must have a valid teaching certificate (i.e. currently active or have had an active certification in the past).
  • Field experiences in diverse settings
