LEONet  (PeopleSoft)

LEONet is Southeastern's online university administration system. LEONet provides students, faculty, and staff instant access to information and services online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

For Students (Peoplesoft)

Learn how to complete tasks such as register for classes, view your grades, or even print an unofficial transcript.

 

For Faculty (Peoplesoft)

Learn how to complete faculty tasks in LEO such as enter grades, view your class roster, or even your class schedule.

 

For Deans and Department Heads

For CSE Advisors (Peoplesoft)

LEO's Student Administration System (Peoplesoft)

Faculty and staff can learn how to complete administrative tasks in LEO, such as find student information or class schedules, remove advising blocks, print student unofficial transcripts, give department consent for a student to register for a class, build class schedules, enter reassigned time for faculty, or pull a faculty workload accountability report.

 

Workday

Employees can learn how to view personal payroll checks, leave balances, health benefits, salary history, and other employment information in Workday.

 

Hiring (Workday)

Southeastern's Online Applicant Tracking and Position Management is done through Workday. This document provides step by step instructions on how to create job requisitions.

 

Moodle

Southeastern offers online courses using Moodle.  Moodle is a free web application software known as a Course Management System (CMS), a Learning Management System (LMS) or a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).  Instructors use it to create effective online courses where students can complete assignments, watch videos, take tests, check their grades, and many other tasks.  These instructions will help users get logged in and prepare them to take an online course in Moodle at Southeastern.

 

Gmail

Southeastern uses Gmail as its web-based email system.  It offers students, faculty, and staff the flexibility of accessing email from any computer connected to the Internet. Southeastern students, faculty, and staff may find these basic instructions helpful when using Southeastern's Gmail.

 

OU Campus

OU Campus is the new Web Content Management System for the Southeastern Website. These How Do I? instructions provide contributors and approvers with instructions on how to create, edit, and publish web pages to the Southeastern Website.
